What services does Butter Duck Media offer?
We offer visual media services across Dubai and the UAE: Events Coverage (photography and videography for corporate events, motorsport, galas, and brand activations), Real Estate Coverage (photography, video walkthroughs, and 360° virtual tours), Private Photoshoots (portraits, headshots, family sessions, and podcast setups), Product Photography, and Memory Box - a guest photo-sharing experience for events.
What is included in a real estate shoot?
A standard real estate package includes professional photography, a video walkthrough, and a 360° virtual tour - all delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. We cover furnished and unfurnished properties, from apartments and penthouses to villas and commercial spaces, and we know how to make each one look right for the market.
How quickly will I receive my photos and videos?
We deliver your complete package - photos, edited video, and 360° virtual tour - within 24 hours of the shoot. Fast turnaround isn't a bonus for us, it's our standard. Files come through a private online gallery or download link, ready to publish straight away.
What types of events do you cover?
We cover corporate conferences and results presentations, motorsport events and racing weekends, brand activations and product launches, gala dinners and award ceremonies, and private celebrations. We're comfortable in fast-moving environments and know how to stay out of the way while getting everything that matters.
How do I book a session and get a quote?
Reach out via our contact form, WhatsApp, or email with a brief description of what you need - shoot type, location, date, and any specifics. We'll come back to you with a tailored quote. For events, we recommend booking at least a week or two in advance. For real estate, we can usually turn things around on shorter notice.
Do you cover locations outside of Dubai?
Yes. While we are based in Dubai Marina (Marina Plaza, 2905), we are available for shoots across the UAE including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and beyond. Travel to locations outside of Dubai may be subject to a travel fee, which will always be clearly outlined in your quote upfront with no hidden costs.
What should I do to prepare for a real estate shoot?
Make sure the property is clean, decluttered, and well-lit before we arrive. For furnished spaces, small things make a difference - straightened cushions, cleared surfaces, open blinds. We'll send a prep checklist when confirming the booking. Everything else is on us.
What is Memory Box and how does it work?
Memory Box is one of our most popular event add-ons. It allows every guest at your event to upload their favourite moments - photos and short videos - to a shared private gallery that you own and keep forever. It captures the event from every angle, not just the photographer's lens. Memory Box is set up on the day and can be included as part of your coverage package. It is particularly popular for corporate events, galas, and private celebrations.
Can you handle both photography and video in a single shoot?
Yes - and it's one of the main reasons clients come to us. We run photography and video in a single coordinated shoot, so there's no need to book two separate teams or come back on another day. For real estate, that means photos, video walkthrough, and 360° tour all done in one visit.
What equipment do you use?
We use professional camera systems, cinema lenses, stabilisers, and drone equipment where permitted. For 360° virtual tours, we use panoramic camera rigs with specialist software for high-resolution, interactive walkthroughs. Post-production covers colour grading, editing, and a consistent finish across everything we deliver.
How do I receive my final files?
Everything comes through a private online gallery or download link. You get full-resolution JPEGs, MP4 video files, and a shareable link to your 360° tour where included. Files are labelled and organised so you can use them straight away. If you need extended access or a different format, just ask.
Do you offer retainer or ongoing packages?
Yes. If you need regular coverage - whether you're a real estate agency with multiple listings per month, a brand running frequent events, or a content creator needing consistent output - we offer retainer arrangements with priority scheduling and better rates. Long-term work is something we genuinely enjoy. Get in touch and we'll work out what makes sense.
